I was looking forward to ride the mountain ranges of the Andes again and after an early start and a small breakfast I was on my way to my destination of the day, Cusco – the gateway to Machu Pichu.
Back on the road after a day in Cusco I was heading towards a town called Andahuaylas. The day was just perfect for riding my bike… the sun was shining bright high up in the blue sky and from time to time a white cloud would pass by to say gently hello.
Enjoying the benefits of a large town, I was happy to see Starbucks again and immediately spent almost the whole day in one of their large chairs.
