It took some time until Bariloche showed its beauty. The first day it was just pouring down cats and dogs and the whole landscape was deeply covered in fog and clouds… What a start…
Luckily the next day the scenery looked quite different and the sun and partially blue sky were breaking through. Suddenly, the whole landscape seemed to be completely different and Gerardo (who repaired luckily the tire the day before) and I were exploring the area with our motorbikes before we were heading further.
I would have loved to stay a bit longer but promised myself to come back one day with a couple of days more in that beautiful region. The town itself was not really nice and would no-one recommend to really stay in the centre but somewhere outside, close to the nature.
Just after spending more or less 2 days in Argentina we were already on our way back again to Chile where we were planning to spend some time on the Island Chiloe.
Our first stop after crossing the border was Puerto Varas though. Arriving there again late in the evening, we had a delicious Pizza for celebrating to be back again in Chile 😀
